  • Oversees end-to-end product lifecycle management from instructional design through quality review, publication and client delivery.
  • Builds strategic partnerships with RTOs, industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Implements integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and champions innovation in resource design through contemporary pedagogy and technology-enhanced learning.

Leads day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across multiple divisions including CAQA Compliance, CAQA Resources, CAQA Publications, CAQA Courses, Career Calling Education and Career Calling Jobs.

Key responsibilities

  • Drives the quality assurance frameworks underpinning the successful completion of thousands of projects and audits for RTO clients across Australia.
  • Leads continuous improvement of ISO 9001:2015 systems organisation-wide.
  • Manages budgets, resource allocation and P&L performance across divisions, coordinating cross-functional teams of compliance consultants, resource writers, instructional designers and ICT specialists.
  • Supports the delivery of sector events and forums including the VET Quality and Innovation Summit, and contributes thought leadership through publications and industry advocacy.

Managed multi-site operations across inner-Melbourne clinics delivering over 30,000 annual consultations, coordinating a team of 20+ allied health practitioners.

  • Oversaw budgeting, billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Ensured full compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, and developed relationships with referral networks and insurance providers.

Manager, Training and Employment Programs

Gowrie Victoria

Managed RTO compliance and quality assurance for Certificate III and Diploma programs in Early Childhood Education and Care, leading successful Federal and State audits with no adverse findings.

Key responsibilities

  • Led a team of 20 supporting 600+ students, and managed a professional learning program delivering over 200 development sessions per year across Carlton and Docklands sites.
